The rooms are $169 per night (Thu-Sun). When making reservations, be sure to tell them you are with the Ranchero Enthusiasts<\/strong>. To guarantee this rate, you must book by August 12th<\/sup>, 2026<\/em><\/strong>. A hot breakfast buffet is included. Check-in is available at 3:00pm, and the cruise starts at 4:30pm, so please plan your arrival accordingly. There is some parking for those with pick-ups and a trailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACTIVITIES THIS YEAR!!<\/span>
You’ll see we are flipping our casual \/ banquet nights<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Friday afternoon<\/strong>, Sept. 11th<\/sup>, at 4:30pm we’ll depart the host hotel and will have our evening cruise through Wenatchee, with a stop at a local garage, the British Car Ranch<\/a>, which features British vehicles (2512 Number 2 Canyon Road, Wenatchee, WA)<\/em>. From there, we’ll continue to our banquet dinner starting around 7:00pm at the Rock Island Golf Course<\/a> (314 Saunders Ave, Rock Island, WA 98850)<\/em>. The featured dinner is Prime Rib for $32 (tax & tip included); must pre-pay on Registration page). Bar available for a separate cost. For the non-meat-eaters, you can order off the menu and pay that evening (please make a note on the registration form if you are doing this).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning<\/strong>, Sept 12th<\/sup>, the Round-up will be held 10am – 3pm in the air-conditioned Event Center at the Chelan County Fairgrounds<\/a> (5700 Wescott Drive, Cashmere, WA 98815<\/em>). The entrance for “Rancheros” will be on Kimber Road (just off of Wescott Drive). Each vehicle registered will receive 2 tickets to the Fair, where lunch options abound!! Our raffle will be held at approximately 1:30pm. No group photo at the Fairgrounds \u2013 keep reading! Around 3:00pm, we will depart f rom the Fairgrounds and drive directly to the Hot Rod Caf\u00e9 <\/a>(2960 Easy Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801) \u2013 not back to the hotel. This is where we will take our 32nd<\/sup> Anniversary Photo! We plan to set up for the photo as we arrive; you might be “parked temporarily” while we line up all the vehicles. We will Also have our casual dinner here \u2013 your choice, off the menu.

Sunday morning<\/strong>, Sept. 13th<\/sup>, kicks off with our annual Ranchero International Board meeting (all welcome!) at 8:30am in the Conference Room at the host hotel (be sure to get your complimentary breakfast). New this year!!! . . . The specific activity following the Board meeting will be decided on Friday evening at the banquet dinner!
